When you piss me off; poetry is where I go to.

When you over analyze my flaws; poetry is where I go to.

When I am emotional; poetry is where I go to.

When my tolerance level is slim; poetry is where I go to.

When real is all I know and others can’t handle it; poetry is where I go to.

When I want to reflect on moments from my yesterdays; poetry is where I go to.

Poetry saved some of you. I know poetry saved every part of me.

You can’t take poetry from me. You won’t take poetry from me.

Poetry is in me….poetry is me!
