Ingredients:

½ lb.
Ground Turkey
2.
1
medium onion
3.
1
whole green, yellow, red, and orange bell peppers
4.
4
cloves of garlic
5.
Half
of a jalapeno pepper
6.
1 ½
Tbsp. of Coconut oil
7.
Greek
all- purpose seasoning, black pepper, and sea salt
Prepping
Steps:
1.
Dice
up the medium onion, garlic cloves, and all of the bell peppers. Put to the
side.
2.
Slice
the jalapeno pepper into circles. Put to the side.
Cooking
Instructions:
1.
On
medium-high, pour 1 ½ Tbsp. of coconut oil onto a large skillet.
2.
Add
the onion, garlic cloves, and jalapeno pepper.
3.
Stir
until the onions and garlic cloves turn golden brown.
4.
Add
all of the bell peppers. Cover with a pot top and let simmer for approximately
5 minutes.
5.
Add
the ground turkey to the skillet or cook in a separate skillet. Either way,
stir until the meat is fully cooked (For beginners- until all of the pink is
dark).
6.
If
cooking meat in a different skillet. Add the meat to the veggies when it is
fully cooked. Then season the dish with Greek all-purpose seasoning, black
pepper, and sea salt (be generous with the Greek seasoning. Be easy with the black pepper and salt) to
your liking.
7.
Turn
it down to medium-low, cover with the pot top again. Let it simmer for
approximately 10 more minutes. Stirring occasionally.
**Can
be served over homemade rice (doesn’t matter which kind), mash potatoes, or
tortilla wrap bread.
