          Today, let us speak up about: LABELING CHILDREN!

1.     Home

A.   Parents, Grandparents, Step-Parents: STOP, STOP, STOP labeling your (grand) children with your harsh and critical name calling.

B.   Home is where LOVE should be; not hate.

C.    As a parent, I have learned that even if you are not directly speaking to the child, they listen to what you say to others about him/her.

D.    Your opinion is very valuable to these precious souls.

E.    Please evaluate your choice of words with children. Their hearts are sensitive.

2.    School

A.   Teachers are another form of influence in your child’s life.

B.   Teachers: Please do not label your students to the teacher of the next school grade up.

C.    Keep in mind that there are different methods to learning the same material.

D.    Be patient. Have a one on one with the student. Allow the child to express their difficulties with learning the teaching technique you are providing.

 

 

** Please quit feeding your child(ren)’s subconscious side of the brain with a label. Labels like: Lazy, stupid, fat, annoying, etc… basically any and every negative title. They will grow up to be the label you have categorized them in.

 

** Do not call any human a name YOU wouldn’t like to be called. It is not nice at all.

** If you do not provide our children with the right amount of love; they will grow up getting the love they’ve been missing by force!
