is the reflection of what one feeds himself/herself.

Treat your body as a
temple: Love it, exercise it, embrace it, nurture it, and respect it.

Allow your body to
express itself to you naturally; without the help of products/chemicals.

Mental Therapy

The daily routine,
the limited 24 hours in a day, the fear of “tomorrow not being promised” can
exhaust the mental capacity in which one can fully function.

Feed the brain like
you would your body: Read as much as possible.

Do not limit your
brain to what you think it can handle, because it is very powerful.

Utilize your five
senses. They can open a whole new world for your brain.

Emotional Therapy

Emotions are
elements that are expressed verbally.

Sad, mad, happy, depressed,
confused, etc. are all feelings/emotions that we consciously express. Meaning,
we have control of it.

Be more aware of
what you choose to listen to, choose to see, and choose to say.

Actions come from
emotions.

Study what you eat. Eat smaller portions.

to nurture your body without the help of chemically-induced products.

absorb detailed information. Whether it is good or bad.

Exercise your brain
with breathing techniques.

Emotional Tips
A.
Think before acting
on your emotions.

Surround yourself with
loving people and beautiful music.

Write your feelings
down. Way out the pros and cons.

dream, study things that will improve YOU: inside and out. Therapy is a form of healing.
