D.    Utilize your five senses. They can open a whole new world for your brain.

3.     Emotional Therapy

A.    Emotions are elements that are expressed verbally.

B.    Sad, mad, happy, depressed, confused, etc. are all feelings/emotions that we consciously express. Meaning, we have control of it.

C.    Be more aware of what you choose to listen to, choose to see, and choose to say.

D.    Actions come from emotions.

A.    Find an exercise routine that will help remove the toxins from your body.

B.    Eat healthier foods. Study what you eat. Eat smaller portions.

C.    Look up natural ways to nurture your body without the help of chemically-induced products.

2.     Mental Tips

A.    Train your brain to absorb detailed information. Whether it is good or bad.

B.    Exercise your brain with breathing techniques.

3.     Emotional Tips

A.    Think before acting on your emotions.

B.    Surround yourself with loving people and beautiful music.

C.    Write your feelings down. Way out the pros and cons.

** Think, breathe, dream, study things that will improve YOU: inside and out. Therapy is a form of healing.
